At LBCC we aren't stingy! We believe cake is decadence so we keep our portion sizes slightly larger than the industry average. After all you can't have too much cake. All our cakes are 4 layers of sponge heaven for that perfect cake to filling balance. For your event think about how many portions you'll need as a guide.
